SF was Formed on 8/29/1999 by Admiral HyperActive. The pilimanery rules were drafted and micromas was selected to be vice admiral.

StarFleet is is the main fleet of the United Federation of Planets. Along with other fleets it creats the back bone of the fedration.its members solemly sware to up hold the constition of the UFP and to serve willingle in the face of sometimes overwhelming threats.
